well I ordered trandapt 4592's. hopefully they'll work fine. I wanted those billet ones by s and p but they only offer them in their kit.
I like more info on those mounts. I am gonna use the ls2 motor in mine.

Surely you could find someone close to help you fab the needed parts ;)

In this month's Hot Rod they started a 6.0 buildup series (heads/cam next month). With 1.8 rockers, a FAST intake (90mm tb), full length GTO headers (with cats), and a fuel/spark retune it made 448lb.ft. @4700rpm, and 428hp @5500rpm. That's a bone stock 6.0 crate motor outside the intake/rockers/headers/tune 8)

There's also some nice info they listed, such as:
'05+ LS2 'Vette oil pans (that have internal baffling to help with oil control in cornering) should fit front-steer cars "(such as old Chevelles)" but won't clear rear-steer setups (1st gen F-Bodies), and Moroso makes a 6qt. pan (PN 20141, with pickup #24050) that "fits all classic musclecars set up for a rear-sump pan."

I am gonna buy the carb one out of gmpp that has 440hp and 404 on the tq. A friend of mine works for gm and he can get it for CHEAP. I just want to make sure this will get me in the 11s in a 3200 pound car.
