You'll need the case, the carrier (posi or spool) and the gears. That's a chunk of change for good stuff so you'll be at close to $2000 when your done unless you cheap out.

a good source for cheap used 3.73 posi for the 7.5 is from 4x4 s10 mini trucks. You also need the pinion bearings to make it fit. Its only the govloc but should be cheap.

That might be an Decent temporary solution. Though i dont know if it solves the Weak Link syndrome the 7.5 suffers from.

Any idea what year they came in? or is it in all of them?

Still looking for a permnant solution...
