What trans cooler are you guys running with your cars?
I have a 350 trans with my very mild sbc 350.
What would be a sufficient stand-alone cooler for my trans?

I think bigger is always better when it comes to cooling anything.

If you're not using a Radiator w/cooler go very large on the external cooler. The Stacked Plate & Fin type, not tube & Fin type. Water cools 32 times better than air.
Most Plate & Fin coolers are made by Long and rebranded, including the B&M.
Good selection & prices here. >> http://www.transmissioncoolers.us/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SFNT
I use the Tru-Cool LPD's, they're self regulating or built in bypass for cold weather.
Site above is same Co. as MakcoTrans parts>> http://www.makcotransmissionparts.com/coolers.html has Pic of how it regulates.

Cool. I just got my B&M Super Cooler in the other day.

I also just swapped out my tired Howe for a 4 core MC SS rad w/ t. cooler. SHould I run the B&M inline with the one in the rad?

This is what TCI says>> http://www.tciauto.com/Products/TechInfo/FAQ.asp#1 most Trans builders and external Cooler manufacturers say the opposite. Trans fluid has an ideal operating temp, and needs heat to cook off condensation that collects inside trans just like an engine. For a Drag only car I'd go with TCI's suggestion.

Once again, according to a super stocker guy I know, it is possible to over cool a trans. They and the fluid have an ideal temp range that they're designed to operate in. Too cool fluid will be thicker and gummy, not being able to burn off and dislodge crap. What he says anyway. My 1/8mi only car I run the stock cooler in the radiator and a 160 thermostat. Striving for consistancy in bracket racing I'm trying keep the temps stabilized in any weather. On the street, the cooler inline-but after-the radiator is probably best.
