I asked about the hat because we had a problem like this with my buddies procharger set-up and after taking the motor out and taking it to STEVE MORRIS racing engines it was determined on the dyno that the carb hat was causing some kind of turbulance....Steve switched to a different carb hat and the problem was gone. The hat we had came from procharger but it was kinda odd looking, not what you normally see guys running.
