I believe Wisemans problem ended up being a bad wilwood residual valve.

Yes. The valve I used had the internals crushed by the brass adapters I was using because they were too long and threaded too far in.

Well I havent been on the board to look in a while but if you guys are having trouble please just call I can help you get this figured out. Also sorry I am alittle late. I installed one on mikes car the other day and the only thing I hate about brakes is the time it takes to bleed all new fluid in the lines. I went through a quart and a half to make for sure it was right, but everything went smooth.

My problem ended up being the push rod in the lower hole and not the upper on the brake pedal. I relocated master cylinder and push rod to upper hole and now pedal feels like it should. Would of never guessed it would be that big of difference.
