I replaced the hood on the elk. I had welded on the old hood where I had made some pin holes trying to level the metal. I was concerned that those spots might show through the paint. We also were putting insulation in the smugglers box.
Last sunday i picked up a free 305....its an early one. No idea on condition...will probably become yard art.
Yesterday i did a 900mile round trip to Misfit Mikes garage to pick up his 267/th200 out of the wagon. The 267 will be my 229 replacement one day and the trans is going into my dads Elcamino.
Today i whipped up this little piece to free my jack so i can fix my Tercel so I can race again.

That's my dads 81, 63,000 miles and wicked clean! I'll get some detailed pics of it one of these days
