Went and picked up the engine and brought it home, sitting nice on a dolly in the shop, pulled the drain plugs out before we left, so what water was left in the block would come out from the bouncing in the PU on the way home.Going down near freezing and some mornings might hit the 20's, snow flurries in the mornings next week.Hmm, we have to fire up the heating system.
I started to put in new carpet pads. I am putting in 2 layers of pad. The first has a neoprene backing. The second one is a product called Heat Shield. Due to the neoprene backing I'm I am putting it in 2 pieces.
Mounted Flexplate and Starter ( had to shim ) made up ground wires head to head and to starter.
