Speedo Gear

I'm not sure as of yet if I want to go with an electric or mechanical speedo when I do my custom gauge install.....If I go mechanical I don't know how true the speedo will be. I have a 700r4 with 4.10 gears out back....Does anyone know where or who selss the correct gear for this set up? Pros/cons with both speedos????

Speedo shops usta use a little in line gear boxes that you could swap the gears around in to change calibration is such instances as gear changes etc,they should still be available but probably getting fewer and further in between with the advent of electronic speedos,look up,excuse me I was letting my age show! Google up speedometer repair you should be able to find someone reletivly local that ought to be able to help you out!! Pros/cons? Electronic is where it's at,especially aftermarket but cable has character,moa!! KillerDave
