if i find the 525, the pitman has to be the one comes with that box(525) or do i need the stock pitman who comes with the power steering box stock.?
It doesn't have 525 on it anywhere that I am aware of. Easiest way to tell is the 3 bolts holding the aluminum cover up top. It's the standard box gm used in the 60's-70's. There are a few variations with shorter shafts that would work if you made your own intermediate shaft but the longer one is correct for the stock shaft. You need the pitman arm off of the g-body power 605 box (has a round top instead of the larger box with the 4 bolts). Besides that it bolted right in.
