Fuel return line....

Im not sure this belongs in this section, but its not EFI sooooo.

Can i use the hard line from what used to be the charcoal canister as my return line? Im running a inline 102 gph electric fuel pump and if need be for a return line, is this possible? I reslize pressure in the tank may be an issue. I was thinking if it is, i could drill the cap as the EFI guys do...

I never ran a return line on any setup that size, but my main concern with that is aerating the fuel. I have my return on the Chevelle, as far away from the pickup as I could put it, and it empties below the fuel level. That way it doesn't disrupt the pump suction or make bubbles.
