Fuel Line

I am a new owner of a 78 mailbu 3.3 L V6. Today I went to replace the fuel filter. come to find out
the fuel line going into the filter was kinked and had a hole. I now must replace the fuel line. I have read that you can replace it with all rubber, or is it best to replace with metal. Also, if you know where i can get replacements parts all help will be appreciated.

my buddy did his lines with copper tubing, not going to rust and easily malleable. as for parts i have a 3.3 200 too and was wondering the same thing
