You'll need a Crossmember and the Frame extension on the passenger side, Summit & Jegs sell the Extension.
TV Cable, Bracket & possibly a TV geometry corrector Bracket.
TCC Lockup kit or DIY wiring.
Driveshaft from a G-Body that came with TH200C, TH350/350C or 2004R.
Look at the metal Code Tag on the passenger side rear of the Trans & post the Info.
