has a converter bolt backed out and is hitting the dust shield?

You are in Texas, so there is no snow. Put the car on jack stands and find out what is wrong. The suspense is killing me.

And on top of all this I brought the 400 home and stripped it down it is a awesome virgin block so 406 here I come....Since the wife already thinks I need a motor no need in telling her different lmao..
