will this wheel/tire combo clear?

For those who don't know my car has bags and it fully tucks wheel/tire.
No frame or fender lips mods, but the inner front fenders and wheel tubs have had some massaging to get things to fit.

Now the wheels in question is front 9"wide with 5.5"bs and a 255 tire, and the rear is 9.5"wide 5.5"bs and 265 tire. Would they maybe even work with spacers? I don't think so but I need some reassurance

Those wheels would need a pretty hefty spacer with a 5.5" bs. More spacer than I would want to run anyways. The front would need about a 1/2"-1" spacer and back would need about a 1"-1 1/2" spacer to even get close.

No way, even with a frame notch it'd never fit.

wheel spacers ...

you might fit them on with some of the bolt on spacers.....a friend of mine squeezed some 17x9.5 under his 79.....can't remember the offset....the bolt on spacers are what they use to fit a corvette style offset to a early camaro or chevelle , s10 etc......brandon
