Simple Question

This is not really a transmission question. I am looking to move the shifter from the column to the floor. The Elke has the 200 r4 trans, so I am wondering what shifter to go to. It will be basically for street use only, but want one that looks good, and will not have to have a console. Any suggestions? Ideas?

I am a quarter stick fan personally, classey, race built and functional with out all the extra bs.

i have the quarter stick in my car. i don't mind it. the only thing i would rather have is the pistol grip with linelock button on the side. i have the round know with the button on the top. it's akward to hold the button in first gear during my burnout cause i have the bench seat still in the car and the shifter knob almost touches the seat in first gear. also, you have to remember....HOLD THE TRIGGER GOING INTO 3RD!!!!! i've put it in neutral once on a pass .
