Plugs + Gap you all are running with MSD?

OK well an update. Got pissed at it and took the MSD off. The miss is gone. So now I wonder if it was the MSD or i ran my wires to close or something. Will debate putting it back on

New MSD? Send it to them irregardless. MSDs go bad. Fortunately, MSD will repair it and send it back --- usually with the statement "we found nothing wrong". Good luck.
