moog cargo coils

heres a question i have. just bought some moog cargo coils for my malibu....which way do they go...some guys i have seen install them with the tighter part of the spring on top others i have seen install with the tighter wound coil on the bottom who's correct and does it make a difference?

Tighter to the top. Progressive spring, the open part compresses first, then as it get farther it gets into the higher rate spring(tighter coils).
