Monte Carlo SS Rear End

What makes them any different from a regular 7.5 inch g body? I have a chance to buy a complete minus motor and transmission 86 SS that I am thinking about parting out if it has enough unique parts and demand for the stuff I dont want. It is white on maroon.

Same 7.5 rear as the rest of the g-bodys. They came with 3.73 gears thou and most of them came with out posi..

So gears only and most likely not even a posi? I take it this means they are pretty much not worth any more then a regular rear end?
