How do you have your sumped tanks plumbed, especially the return line? (I have the comp engineering sump.)
Im having fuel issues and I beleive it the design of my feed/return.
(car stalls out after a few minutes of running, seems like its out of gas)
Im running 2 feeds with the return coming up into the bottom of the sump. Im thinking the return is making turbulance in the tank which is being pulled into the feed since there right next to each other.

are you guys plumbing your return through the top of the tank?

TIA

return needs to go ontop of the tank. if im reading this correctly you are pulling fuel from the sump on one side and pushing fuel back into the tank on the other side of the sump? if thats the case then yes definatly tornadoing your sump and could burn your pump up prematurely too.

BTW make sure to use a rollover valve in the return. if you happen to get the car laid on its back it will stop from unloading your tank on the ground below you.
