make your own rear control arms?

i remember a thread on here a while ago with someone making there own rear control arms. i cant seem to find it. anyone have it bookmarked or somthing?

if you have the tools and time you could easily copy your control arms. make uppers adj.

yes i plan on it. someone did it already and made a thread about it on here. i think, had a list of all the parts and where he got them from. im trying to find it.
