How much power loss is there from a stock diameter driveshaft to a 4" round nascar style steel ? Are you gonna lose H.P. and or Torque ? Is it that much harder to turn? Just lookin for some input?

aluminum or steel, I had a customer who gained 0.2 in the quarter going from a 3.5" x .120" wall shaft to a 3" x .120" wall shaft around 15-20lbs difference in reciprocating mass
