Fuse block to add power wire? w/ pic.

I'm adding a CD player and I need a non-switched power source. What's the name of the part I need to buy to plug into the fuse block? Which markings on the fuse block indicate constant power (If I had to guess I'd say "BAT")?

I would not tap into your fuse box personally
I would run a line from the battery to your electrical component
and add an inline fuse too

The part that you need is called a spade connector, I personally think that it is fine to plug in to your fuse box, but do not piggyback a fuse because that could cause that particular fuse to draw more amps than it is intended to and blow the fuse. Plug it in to an empty slot ( The BAT one is constant power and the IGN is switched power) and also use an inline fuse just to safe guard the radio.
