I don't know if this will help since I only have spring rates for Mustangs from 79-1993.
The base models use rear spring rates of 160# and the GT's/Handling/Heavy Duty range from 160# for a non-progressive to a progressive spring of 200-300#.
There are more details that is pretty difficult to explain but this may help.
