On the trunklid? Aren't they usually behind tow trucks? OOoh, the other kind of flasher unit... 
Sorry, I couldn't resist. I don"t know for sure, but I bet it's in the fuse box under the hood or maybe under a cover on the driver's side of the dash, up by the hinges when the door is open. That's where a lot of the Dodge trucks we used to have were.
