turbo works great at 5psi, BUT.... when it hits full boost the torque converter goes nuts....AFR was steady at 10.9 and timing was locked at 17.

Im hoping, watching the video the motor looks strong, sounds good, a few people thought valve springs? i think if it was springs it would be a more gradual decrease, this is just like something kicked out, not sure at this point

What ignition and spark plug gap?

its factory, 8 coils , so its got a strong spark. plugs are .030"

Try the gap at 0.026"

How much boost?
Intercooled?
Pump Gas?
