I think tomorrow i'm gonna go sift through the junk yard and see if i can't get lucky and fine a lincoln fan. Is there anything else that is comparable to this? Something else I could look for that is its equal.

gmachinz, when ever i have a fan I will write you about that kit. If you can PM me a price. Also, like i have mentioned, i'm not the best with electrical. How tough is it to wire all of this in?

Fans from a Dodge Intrepid fit g-body rads quite nicely. I was going to go with the Mark VIII, but I didn't care for how it looks installed since it doesn't fit the rad nicely, and it is overkill for most applications.

This thread shows pics of both installed:

Do you have a part number for the automatic temp sensors ?At advanced auto parts I found Imperial #226203 for $17.77 does that sound right ? Found eveything else.

I wired my relays directly to an accessory fuse panel off of the positive battery feed and ran the relay grounds to a summit 185 on 175 off thermostat in the intake manifold. The relay ground does not pull much and the temp switch then automatically controls the fans only when they are needed. The positive relay signal can go to the key so the fans don't run when the key is off.

The fan thermostat is

I have 2 relays, one 40A for each 12" fan that I run (generic curved blade electric fans on a custom stainless shroud). Both relay grounds meet and run to the thermostat. I got the relays with wiring harnesses through JCWhitney (they are in the catalog under the lighting/electrical section, I am not sure of part number) I like the harnesses because they plug right onto the relay and you can extend the wires by soldering for a secure connection. Let me know if you need more details.
