Looking for a indash CD player for a 84 El Camino. Using the factory faceplate. Is there anything but aftermarket? If so
what have you got that is a good fit ?

I trimmed the factory faceplate and metal bracket and put in an Alpine. The fit looks nice.. I'll be updating my build thread with pics. The Alpine can be had from Crutchfield for about $130 shipped. And I used the supplied wiring harness so I didn't have to cut wires.
