SO I am not the onlu one that thinks EZ-OUT is like false advertising!!?!
Another thing that helps is heat, now I am not saying a torch, but, you would be suprised how much a heat gun will help out on stuck or broken bolts.
There are also line up punches, like a center punch, only with a set of outside diameters to fit holes for centering the punch, if the bolt is below the surface enough, these will help put the punch point in the center of the bolt to drill it out.
I have had a lot more luck with the above mentioned left hand drill bit.
