Bad Rust-should I try to fix this or not? Suggestions?

Thanks for the opinions guys. Every other car down here that I have found has either been much worse than my car or doesnt have a title, or something else. I have decided that for right now I am going to go ahead and build my BBC/th400 combo and install it into this car. I'm just gonna patch the car and make it look decent for the time being and when I find another really nice car I can swap the drivetrain etc out.

If you do decide to go ahead and fix the rust anyway I have a good firewall section to replace yours with.
