Only second hand observations here........no experience with the 200R4.
A close friend has a GV unit in his '67 El Camino behind a TH400/496. Several trips to the track every summer, fair amount of street mileage every week.....+ gets beat on regularly and never misses a beat. Torque from that 496 seems brutal, but the GV handles it w/o a whimper.
Mark could not get the driveline angles set correctly in his car once the Gear Vendor was installed, so he pulled it out of the car. He had problems with driveshaft vibration.
That being said, Gear Vendors builds outstanding quality products. Mark's problems had nothing to do with the Gear Vendor unit itself.
