So I replaced the pan gasket and let it sit for about 10 days.. no leaks but now I see a little leak right under the flywheel cover... could the leak be coming from the tc seal??

Could be, I have also had leaks from the front pump o-ring and right from the front pump bolts themselves. The worst thinkg is almost all leaks hit the pan and then go along the edge making them had to find. My dipstick o ring was seeping once and was hard to track down.

X2^^^,
Clean it well with 'Brake Clean', then blast it with some Baby/Talcum Powder. Makes it easy to see where the leaks are originating from.
