peel the husk back to remove the silk and make sure you leave enough of the husk to cover the corn back up. next rub the corn down with a stick of butter and add some salt and pepper. then fold the husk back over the corn and rap it in foil and place on the grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

I do about the same, except I use a butter concoction...soften a half stick of butter, add a little bit of salt, pepper, onion powder, italian seasoning, smoked sweet paprika and some parmesan cheese....smear it on the corn.....dang, now I'm hungry

We soak whole corn stalks in water for about 20-30 and grill them for about 10-15 mins. After its grilled it gets peeled, seasoned butter and eaten.

This is kinda how i do it except. I add a dash of cinnamon to the butter and return it to the grille for a few to brown a bit!
