Ive heard this is a better setup to run. Im trying to learn what is better about this setup. I dont have any experiance with this.
Trying to learn about Coil over shocks

Street, it was looking at a QA1 coil over. Does it replace the coil spring? I know you can adjust ride height with them but thats about it.
I have the qa1 kit in my cutlass, single adjustable, its a bolt in and does replace the coil springs. Nice set up for the money in my opinion.
There is a decent amount, the set up for me was just that the ability to adjust the ride without cutting are buying springs because I tend to change engines and combinations in my cars lol.
