You have a good combination of parts for a street car. Your engine will produce a lot of low-speed and mid-range torque, making it a lot of fun to drive on the street. You don't need a converter with a 4,000 RPM stall speed rating, nor do you need a 4.10 gear ratio. Your engine is going to have an effective power band from around 2,000 RPM to about 5,500 - 5,800 RPM.
If you're wanting a fun street/strip type of build, then I recommend sticking with a 10-inch torque converter that will provide approximately 2,800 - 3,000 RPM of flash stall speed, and a 3.42 or 3.73 rear gear ratio. You could run anywhere from a 26-inch to a 28-inch tall rear tire with this combination, such as a 235/60-15 to 275/60-15 drag radial, with excellent results. Take advantage of all the torque your engine generates. Don't waste it by running excessive stall speed and excessive rear gear ratio.
