I recently bought a complete small block Chevy 400 engine that is supposed to run but when I pull the valve covers there is a lot of gunk in the head what's the best way to remove the gunk from the heads I have heard things like kerosene or automatic transmission fluid what's the procedure and the best thing to use thanks
