Just won these on Ebay:

Supposedly, the truck manifolds won't fit, so I bought these F-body manifolds that are supposed to fit without any problems. I guess $45 with shipping isn't too bad. :?

I hope you plan to ditch the shields though! Nice score for 45 shipped.

It would be cheaper to get full length coated headers!

I'll probably leave the heat shields on to give the "way GM would have done it" look, like Slimbo5 said.

I didnt know you could get headers for the swap......personally I hate headers on a daily driver and the 4.8 definatly wouldent gain much from a header.....

Yeah, I don't like headers on a daily driver, either.

Landon (Roller406bu) is using Pacesetters race version (no egr) longtube tube headers for a 98 up Camaro. He said they fit great. He (and I) are using Transdapt 4952 motor mount adapters. I'm going to stick with the F-body manifolds.
