Four hole spacers usually improve torque while open spacers can improve higher rpm performance. Some motors like them, some don't mind one way or another. The only way to know is to try it with and without either on the track or the dyno.

Plastic stop heat transfer to the carb body a little better.

I will say this much - I've never put on a carb spacer and lost ET.

Your best gain will be from using a HVH Super Sucker. Worth about 1 to 2 tenths.

LMAO...........

Good spacer but far from anything but a few HP gain

X2. I've seen claims of anything from .10-.40 improvements, but have never actually seen much more than a tenth in back-to-back track testing. Testing or dyno work is the only true way to find out what spacer your engine combo will like...
