I have a 1982 Monte Carlo that has no rear B/U, tail, license plate, or stop lights but there is power at the fuse. Would anybody know where would be the best place to begain this journey and where are all the grounds located for the rear lights?

check the connection in the left rear corner of the trunk, that's where the ground is also. If you dont have power there the other side of the connector is behind the d-side kick panel
Thanks for responding. No I do not have power at the connector located in the trunk and that ground looks good. I did not know that there was another connection behind that kick panel. I'll check that out tomorrow. Thanx.
Update: The harness was unpluged from the fuse box. FYI, there is no connection to the rear lights behind the d-side kick panel on a Monte. The connection goes directly to the fuse box.
