From experience no. Have those fans running with the headlights on and the heater blower running and you'll see why. Add on top of that 25 year old wiring.

That's not what he asked
But I agree with you the fans will max the alt out if you include blower and all lights.
I posted this while back.. I ran w/o e fans a 63a alt. Barely did 13v and was pullin 56a. I upped to a 78a and I can run 14v and pul less then 40a blower runs better and the lights are brighter

Ya I guess it depends on the application. If it's a street car the scenario I presented is very possible, in fact will happen any cold night and that alternator is not enough.

Strip only car, knock yourself out.
