I'am back in a gbody now . Not a Malibu but a Monte Carlo SS .

I'am wanting to lower the front end 1.5 to 2 inch and get a little better braking . Coil over front way later down the road , after i get a rear end ect.

I been reading about the blazer brake upgrade and if i go this route luckily a friend has a set of 2 inch blazer drop spindles a can work a trade with. i'll need to get new hubs but not a big deal. I've read the spindle push the wheel out approx 3/8 to 1/2 inch per side . But i have read conflicting things about 15 in rims not fitting or tie rod end rubbing with stock upper and lower arms .

Has either of the above been an issue if you run this setup ?

Blazers came with 15" wheels so they should fit....

I've had 15inch weld prostars, 16inch gtas and s10 extreme rims and also 17 torque thrust 2s all work with blazer brakes and spindle swaps on gbodys
