For anyone that's done this change over, am looking for some help.
In the process of installing a Wilwood MC & Adj Proportioning valve set up which uses all 3/16" brake lines (3/8"-24 inverted flare) .
Since I have removed the factory G body brake proportioning valve , what do I do with the large 1/4" rear brake line (9/16" - 18 inverted flare) formerly attached to the rear of the factory proportioning valve?
Can I adapt down to 3/16" brake line to connect it all up and call it a day?
If so, how did you accomplish this?
Alternatively, thinking of pulling out the existing 1/4" rear brake line and feeding in a new 3/16" line to the rear.
How difficult is this to do. Looks like this rear brake line is run inside the frame rails.
Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
