by type, I mean stiff or standard. going with hoosier's I guess, and have zero experience with any kind of slick, so any help is appreciated, just pros and cons...thanks.

Need to know trans type, weight of car, is it tubbed, what your wanting to do with it.

I like to stay with a stiffer sidewall tire for heavy cars and guessing that yours is probably in the 32-3500 lbs range I think it will work.

my guess would be 32-3400 on weight, it is stripped and has some fiberglass parts, hood and front bumper, has a PG tranny, 406 with iron heads, strip only. it is mini tubbed, plan to run a 28x10 tire...thanks for the replies guys.
