light hood hinges for fiberglass hood?

hey just wondering if anyone new anything about "Light" hood hinges for a fiberglass hood as opose to running stock hinges, i dont really want to crack or damage a new hood considering my stock hood just flipped over my roof on a test run...someone forgot to latch it haha, but that video will be posted soon for you guys to get a good laugh...thanks

I don't know about hinges, but you should be able to get some low tension springs to replace the factory ones.

just take the springs off and use the prop rod. thats what i did

i used the springs from a ford tempo from the front door window cranks worked good with my harwood hood

Drill a hole thought the hinge & lock it open with a hood pin clip. Just don't try to close it with the clip in place...
