I was wondering if anybody knew of anything that i could use to fix this? like is there a car that i could get a patch panel from? or a reproduction?

NOT the same.
The el camino has a different shape at the end near the bumper and uses a different filler.
You could use these if you either chop off the ends or use el camino corner fillers.
