AFAIK, nobody makes an aftermarket "reproduction" bumper.
I work in a body shop, and believe me when I say you're 100 times better off buying a rechrome froma reputable plater or having yours straightened and replated than buying a "new" bumper. The repros/aftermarket stuff is almost always rough at the ends, and the plating is terrible (often rusts terribly in a year or two...and that's in the south/west portion of the US).
Even NOS GM stuff does not have the quality that the originals did. The chrome bumpers on brand new current production vehicles is crap compared to what a GOOD plating shop will do. Won't be cheap, but from what I see daily, the cheap stuff is going to be money wasted.
