Wiper copntrol swap

I am planning on adding a column from an 88 monte ss (floor shift) to my 81 malibu wagon (column shift) to install floor shifter and would like to use the new wiper switch on the column and eliminate the old on the dash,I believe I have to get a delay motor for the wipers but not sure on the wiring or anything I may be missing.

For the delay to work you also need a delay control box and a delay switch.

It has the delay control on the monte column is there something else between the stalk and the delay motor that I would need do the wires swap out or do I have to rewire something?

Never heard of a delay control box where would I find one?
