hey guys im lookin around for new brakes and maybe any upgrades i can do. i found these.

what i want to know is i will need a 4 3/4 bolt pattern. how would i go about changing the studs to the other holes drilled in the rotors? also, what kind of lug nut would i use with my cragar wheels with those kind of studs?
does the stud need to go past the nut to be nhra legal, or doesnt anyone worry about that for a street strip car? my lug nuts are the shank style so im not sure what i could do with that. thanks guys.
