T56 swap onto my Standalone 5.3L harness

I already have modified my 2001 5.3L harness to standalone for th400 transmission. WHAT MODS WILL I NEED TO MAKE TO HARNESS FOR MANUAL transmission TO WORK? OR WILL IT ALL READY WORK IN STANDALONE MODE? ](*,)

No mods necessary, I have nothing hooked to my T56 that was in my old harness except the VSS for the PCM. Reverse lockout is running to a separate box that monitors VSS, reverse lights to my stock location on the column and the VSS plug is hooked to the trans from the PCM. Hope this helps
