246* @ .050 on a 108 in a 355 will be a lot of fun but might not have enough vacuum for power brakes if you still have 'em. Also, you're gonna' need a 3500-4000 convertor which will require a good trans cooler for street use.
i would go with 4000 stahl converter with that cam for the street, it shouldn't b to bad on a 250 shot, and i would go with the dart heads or afr's if u wanna get really good but i would stick with the 200cc but if u get a bigger cam the 210cc would be a little better for the track and the nitrous i think but i guess overkill for the street
