Is this a good rebuild kit for my Dual Jet 210?

Just like the title says. Not sure if anyone can tell, but I need my carb rebuilt and want to make sure this is the right kit. Pretty sure its the accelerator pump that I need but I'm not sure if that's included in this kit. Can anyone see it from this picture?

An ideal situation for me would be to get a new carb that will get rid of all my emissions crap. Is this possible to do? Will I need a new intake manifold? This is just a temporary engine, but temporary may end up being a couple of years. But I basically don't want an expensive performance carb, just something with no emissions crap, and something that works.

Thanks.

Just go to the Auto parts store and buy a kit from Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. When I did mine a few years back, the wrong instructions were in the kit. Word to the wise, if you have a digital camera take photos of all the hoses and the linkage so if you need a reference point bingo there it is!
